Our family

Entrepreneurs Focused on People and Growth

We’re Kyle and Danielle Neher, and we’re building our life and business in Ankeny, Iowa. Our backgrounds in agriculture, engineering, and business have shaped how we solve problems, work with people, and approach new opportunities.

Both of us graduated from Iowa State University. Danielle earned a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science and a Master of Business Administration, while Kyle earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. Danielle’s work has spanned procurement, logistics, business analysis, software testing, and business systems in the renewable fuels and animal health industries. Kyle grew up working on his family’s farm before building his career in agricultural equipment design and testing.

Alongside our professional careers, we’re building a business and working with people who want to grow. We enjoy sharing what we’ve learned, developing practical skills, and helping others think through what they want to work toward. We’re still learning, too.

Our Approach to Mentorship

To us, mentorship means sharing experience and perspective—not making decisions for someone else. We want to help people build skills, consider their options, and make choices that reflect their own goals and values.

We value the people who have invested in us, and we want to pay that forward. As we build our business and raise our family, we continue to seek out opportunities to learn and grow ourselves.

Our family spending time together

Rooted in Family, Focused on Others

Our kids are a big part of why we do what we do. We want them to see us working together, keeping our word, learning new things, and showing up for other people.

That matters to us beyond our own home, too. We care about helping other families thrive and creating a community where people support one another and grow together.

We want to help develop leaders and invest in the next generation. For us, that means sharing what we’ve learned while helping young people build confidence, take responsibility, and discover how they can use their abilities to serve others.

We hope our kids and the people we invest in will learn from our example, bring ideas of their own, and make a difference in their families, communities, and the wider world.
